What We Can Ship Where
Guns and ammo have different rules in different states. Some things we can send straight to you, some have to go to a dealer, and a few we cannot send at all.
If something in your cart cannot go to your state, the checkout will stop and tell you. Nothing is wrong with your order — it just means we need to sort it out with you directly.
The rules
Alaska and Hawaii
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. The carriers either will not take these items that far, or the freight costs more than the item is worth. If you are up there, call us and we will see what we can do.

Ammunition
These states will not let ammo go straight to your door. It has to go through a licensed dealer, or you need a card or permit we cannot check online.
States: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC
Ammunition
As of July 1 2026 you have to be 21 to get ammo in Colorado, and show photo ID to the driver at delivery.
States: Colorado
Handguns
These states only allow handguns that are on their own approved list. Some of ours are on it and some are not - get in touch and we will check that exact gun for you.
States: California, Maryland, Massachusetts
Flame throwers
Maryland does not allow flame throwers at all, and California requires a permit before you can have one. Give us a call and we will let you know where things stand.

Magazines over 10 rounds
These states cap how many rounds a magazine can hold. Most cap at 10. Ask us and we can tell you what will work where you are.

How guns ship
Every gun goes to a licensed dealer near you, not to your house. That is federal law, not our rule. You pick the dealer, we ship it there, and you do the paperwork and background check with them in person.
How ammo ships
Ammo comes straight to you in most states, and somebody 21 or older has to sign for it. The mail will not carry ammo at all, so it goes UPS ground.
